I buied a hcl 17inch tft monitor from our nearest seller name ALISHA COMPUTERS on 17.07.09.After 3months monitor showing one white line vertically 2-3mins at the time of starting....

my problem is that my HCL computer ( desktop) powers on but there are no signals send to the monitor. I have replace the RAM but the same problem. No error bips. What can be the problem?...
