I have travelled in Mega Cabs, Kolkata, who claims to charge Rs 15 per Km but their Cab metre seems to be tampered and hence, they are cheating passengers and charging more. In Delhi, the Easy cabs, who charges Rs 15 per Km are absolutely perfect.

At Dehu Road (Vikas Nagar) none of the Auto Rickshaw has meters and they demand whatever fare they feel like (say for strech of 1KM, they ask 25.00 Rs).
Moreover when asked about meters they say, this is how it works in Dehu Road. Also I have seem some drivers saying...
