yet not received more than 8th month

I GUPTA RAKESH RAMASARE complete my graduation in 2006 and i had applied for convocation in 1,december 2009 my sit no is 4494 2006(year) 10(months) and my receipt no is 39010 its suppose to be courier after 6th month but it is more than 8th month so pls look into this and send as early as possible.
