I gave the carryover exam for the 3sem subject in the 7th sem and surely i attempt about of 70 marks from100 marks but i get only 24 marks accourding to university results. is there any chance to do something in result checking......

SMU is declaring wrong result. Putting a bad mark on students career.
A person who is topper of the college has got backs in 3-4 subjects.
Please take strict action against them and please ask them to recheck copies of those students again....
