Sir/Mam,

I would like to bring to your attention that I have been overcharges as the current consumption reading has been wrongly noted.

The meter reading as of 03/04/2013 shows 2980 where as I have been billed as below.
Please advise on how to get this reversed...

AN AGENT FROM VODAFONE COMPANY CALLD M YESTRDAY REGARDING PAYMENT OF MY OUTSTANDIUNG DUES.
AS I HAD ALREADY REGISTERED FOR MIGRATION OF MY NUMBER FROM POSTPAID TO PREPAID AND AS PER THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN TO ME I HAVE TO CLEAR THE DUES ON 2/4/2013.

it has been prescribed by the govt. that once a gas is booked it has to be delivered within 8 working days but i had booked my refill...
