Washing Machines Complaints

1. The Chennai Service people have enrolled my name wrongly as Sandhya, instead of Lakshmanan. and even after repeated request, they say they will correct, but in vain.
2. The real problem with the machine is, after completion of the full washing & drying circle the machine sucks...
