I purchased an “Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk Hazelnut” a few days ago from a nearby grocery store. When I opened it, I found that there was a worm (“illi”) inside it and the whole chocolate was contaminated with worm poop and covered under a layer of White Fungi. I bought 1 Cadbury silk bubbly (Rs. 80) today morning in one of the supermarkets in electronic city, bangalore.

To my surprise, when my kid opened the chocolate with excitement, only half of the chocolate was available. Image attached.

Not happy with the way it was. Unexpected by such large chocolate brand. Is this rge way forward for the brand, if do please let me know, so that we may refine...

Toys in gems suprise ball is worse. Got a little single and friends puzzle paper card. Quality of the card worse that to with 3 wrongly cut pieces. Does this worth 40 rupees?

Derived from the chocolate I bought today. It is a piece of tile or plastic that is very sharp. If the children had eaten all this unknowingly, there would have been a great danger, God forbid .. Everyone pay attention....

The dairy milk red velvet tastes like gross literally. Never expected such a bad experience from such a reputated brand . As i opened the pack it smells like dead . Don't even have words to explain that disgusting smell and taste . Company should stop this as soon as it can . Don't know who were the testers who approved such chocolate....

I have received damaged products for the 3-4th time in a row. I have written regarding the same at Cadbury suggestions but there is no review from their end.
