Cadbury India — Bad product quality

Dear Cadbury, I have purchased 1 dairy milk celebration pack of Rs 150.00 at Rajiv Nagar Patna, District-Patna, Bihar, 800024, India. When I gave the Dairy milk chocolate to my little sister and brother, My sister found white fungus formed (in the form of spots on chocolate) on the said product. It was just shocking and disappointing for me that the product I was using from my childhood and a company like you (Cadbury) have such a poor quality control. If my sister and brother ate this product without my notice, what will happen? Please look in to the matter and reply me as soon as possible as the issue is most urgent, otherwise I will go to concern consumer department and bodies.
