I am not an official representative of the company but i would like to bring some points to your notice regarding your complaint:
1. The product that you recieved may be expired (check the mfg date and best before).
2. The deposition of the white layer happens when the chocolate is not kept at a consistently cold temperature, that is, shifted from low temperature(cold) to high(hot) and then back again to low temperature(cold), so that may not be a health issue.
3. The powder and bubble formation happens when the cycle(cold-hot-cold) is repeated several times, especially during the monsoon or otherwise only months after the expiry date is reached. And yet, it may not cause any injuries to health.
Thank you,
a (not so)happy cadbury's consumer
