This in reference to Voucher No.[protected] I mailed regarding booking of ticket past week on 20/3/15 And i did not got any reply from your team regarding booking of the tickets And now we got message from them despite our repeated attempt to reach you n call your number was not contactable but i have all call history regarding past week and did not got any call from your end and this is not an acceptable matter i have been trying and reach you on your mobile no. [protected] and it says an invalid number along with another no.[protected] Its open on weekdays only as mentioned by you but last day to book ticket is is end of this that is on and you take 48 long hour to book the ticket its not our fault that you just evade by sending the message that you were not able to reach us while your message was in the vicinity of the service so i request you to please provide us the ticket. Help us provide the solution to the problem.
