I have purchased 2 packet if Cadbury Silk by paying the hefty amount of INR 150/- which has the offer of 2 Coffee free from CCD but when I went to redeem the coupon code on 9th December 2014 it was told that offer was valid till30th November 2014 . While on the chocolate packet nothing was mention about the expiry of the offer .It was clear violation of the consumer right by hiding the information . I had purchased dairymilk silk today afternoon and tried to call to the number given behind for cafe coffee day offer. Though the time when i called was 4 pm a recorded message was saying that, "the offer has been closed and you need to call from monday to friday from 10.30 am to 5.30 pm", why is it so.If the offer is already closed why do you people unnecessarily encourage such type of sales in the retail shops and why do you fool common people?
