Cadbury India — Dairy milk silk discoloration

I had purchased Cadbury dairy milk silk chocolate from Health n glow shop yesterday to give it to my niece. I was shocked when I opened it today. The chocolate had some odd smell and when I opened it saw the chocolate was in different colour and also had some white spots on it.. This is really disgusting to see my favourite chocolate with these issues. The expiry is still there till this December 2015 Its not easy to digest the fact that we are spending Rs150 for our fav chocolate and see such issues. m sure i would not get my money back from the shop keeper. Please help out. I tried to call the toll free #[protected], but no response. Attached are photos of the discolored chocolate Please let me know how to proceed further with this issue.
