Cadbury India — Deteriorated quality of cadbury chocolate

Dear Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate, I am a loyal and proud customer of dairy milk chocolates. I purchase and prefer only dairy milk cadbury chocolates for me and my family. I have no doubt about the quality and contents of cadbury chocolates. But today, a question arises in my mind about the quality of cadbury dairy milk chocolates because of one bitter experience which i have encountered. I purchased Cadbury dairy milk chocolate from local vendor, and what i am finding is that the after unwrapping the chocolate it was full of fungus and looks like o[censored]nhygenic nature (please check the photo attached). Following are the details of chocolate: CADBURY DAIRY MILK 38gm Chocolate worth Rs. 25/-, Barcode no[protected], H40328, Mfd on- 3/14 C (Best before 12 months of its manufacturing). I make an Humble request to you to kindly verify the lot details and please confirm that are there any other such pieces of chocolates still in the market or not...After all this is a question of your ages old reputation and goodwill in market...
