Cadbury India — Fungus found in Dairy Milk chocolate | |
I had bought 20 chocolates of Cadbury Dairy Milk on 17/08/2015.

Problem: When i opened chocolates, there was fungus layer present on the chocolate.
I have kept one spare chocolate packed as a proof. Unpacked chocolate proof is attached. Kindly see it.
I want refund of my chocolates as soon as possible as they were unconsumable

Of all d brands Cadburys is d most third class variety. Only sugary and no taste at all. Apart from taste Cadburys is cheating ppl by selling gift boxes like celebrations, 120g for rs 250, it's only plastic and cardboard and less of chocolates. A WICKED BUSINESS TACTIC. Shame on Cadburys

I am a consumer of your product which is a chocolate named cadbery dairy milk silk oreo. I am really dissatisfied with your product it was horrible. There was a horrible odour of refined oil coming out of it. I throwed that thing up and i will never buy any

Resently I have bought a ₹30 oreo packet and I have got only 12 pieces in it.
While when i buy ₹10 oreo packets I get 5 pieces and if I buy 3 packets then in total i get 15 pieces for ₹30 when I buy 3 ₹10 packs, but why do I get 12 pieces of oreo biscuits in ₹ 30 packet
Where I should get 15 or above no of biscuits in ₹30 packet .I think you should fix it .

This is not of good quality as it's best before date is of 12 months and it's manufacturing date is 1 Jan, 2018.I m very much upset about this type of quality, , I want refund of my chocolate as soon as possible as they are unconsumable.

I don't want ur sympathy nd apology .I wants only my money or chocolate nd nothing, bcz this is not happened only this time that's why I get compensation from co.
I have received a packet of cadbury celebrations as a gift. On opening one of the sealed dairy milk packets I found a worm in it thought it was well within the expiry period.
It was highly disappointing as I had always considered cadbury to be a very good brand.
I would appreciate a refund and any action taken that would reduce the number of worms I find in my chocolate.

I bought 14 diary milks from a near by shop and there was worms in it!! Manufacturing month is August!
I have bought a lot of diarymilks recently and send it to my customers. I called to log a complaint and she said they’ll look into it but no action has been taken
