Cadbury India — Fungus on the Chocolate

Hi.. today I bought this cadburys fruit n nut, to my notice there was white fungus like patches and the chocolate was kind of dried out and powdery. It looked like an expired one but the manufacturing date was on Jan 2015. Its really disappointing to see such damaged chocolates from cadburys, as its the only dairy product which I love. It has happened many times before but I never did complain about . But this is serious concern as alot children consume this product daily, I expect to hear from some one on this product quality since i am sure that there has been utmost care taken by the RND team for sustaining the product for a longer duration, Hope you people would take a serious action about it. thank you!!
