This has been very troublesome to me. My repeated calls on your query number[protected] has been going unanswered for whole time and i have wasted my huge balance on just to try to reach you. This is very shameful to see such a giant being so ignorant towards its consumers. I am entirely disgusted by your concept. The reason i wish to enquire was about redeeming the cadbury hellojoy vouchers. I have had booked the tickets for today, expecting anyone from cadbury will turn up before that. But you have really blown the plans and i cannot resist to imagine it being some pathetic petty business tricks into fooling the world.
