Cadbury India — not getting the goods due to nexus between the distributor and company sales person | |||
I am a retailer of Cadbury India and my shop is categorized class A outlet but from last 10 month we are getting problem to procured goods from your distributor. We had already complain to your regional office Kolkata after that 3 month we got the service.Now again from last 2months we are facing the same problem . We try to contact local S.O but he did not bother The nexus between both can seen easily in hotels etc that's why the distributor is not bothering to proper visit in the market .Although its not our concern but your distributor has open 3 sister concern and doing all three division in Bhagalpur district and that's why he is monopolizing and controlling the entire Bhagalpur area the way he want to deal.His words are' NO COMPANY PERSON CAN DO ANY THING AGAINST ME, YOU CAN COMPLAINT ANYWHERE " MELA STORES BHAGALPUR 812002 MOB [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
