[Resolved]  Cadbury India — Not honouring "COFFEE TREAT FOR 2" when I purchased a Dairy Milk Silk recently

Dear Sir, I recently purchased a Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk (Orange Peel) from my home nearby bakery on 22 December 2014. The centre of attraction for buying this chocolate was an offer from Cadbury written on the Pack "Free Coffee Treat for 2 with this pack" at Cafe Coffee Day Outlet. However, to my dismay after calling[protected] to submit my code ([protected]), the phone auto reply answered this offer is not valid anymore. Further, the website (cadburysilk.bigcityrewards.in), where this code can be submitted also doesn't work. On the pack there is no indication about the expiry of this offer, otherwise I would not have bought this product at first instance. Please let me know how Cadbury is going to honour their offer to me? The package material including the product is kept intact with me. This is a clear case of cheating the consumers by declaring a tempting offer which force a consumer to buy their product, but when trying to avail the same then there is no honour to their offer. By not displaying their "expiry of offer" on the pack is a clear violation of hiding information and facts from the consumers. The message like: this offer is not valid (on phone) or their website not working itself suggest this as a bogus offer. Yes i also faced the similar problem. No one even bothers to respond. Really its a clear case of cheating
