sir/madam i have registered for free movie tickets using hello joy voucher no [protected] they said the costumer representative will call u to confirm book tickets but sir/madam i received the call (sunday 15th march 2015) but they didnt confirm the ticket they did not wait until i response to there questioo they said again they will call on monday 16th march but they didn't call i tried to reach them but there line was busy when i called them on tuesday 17th march they are telling your request has been cancelled i[censored] want to book tickets u should again call on 26th or 27th march my question is this how u serve the costumer and cancel the registration before u interact or bring notice to customer about cancellation of request
