Two days back i have bought a 10 rs cadbury dairy milk chocolate. When i opened its cover it has spoiled. then after i saw the expiry date, which is not yet over that means the chocolate is spoiled before the expiry date. I want perfect solution for this. Normally they do not respond to consumer complaints . Product needs to be tested to verify your claims. I suggest you to contact Designated Officer (Food Safety) of your district and register formal complaint along with the sample, Bill etc. Only they can act statutorily on sub standard products.
