Cadbury India — White grainy spots over dairy milk chocolate

In the cadbury celebration pack all 3 dairy milk chocolates had multiple white grainy spots all over the chocolates. These chocolates were neither expired nor were they refrigerated. The pack was kept at room temperature. Being a doctor myself it was shocking to find this in a product of repute. I hope cadbury looks gravely at the concerns of its consumers and provides redressal.
