Cafe Coffee Day — Full and final settlement not received | |||||
Hello everyone...this is Sagar Mirajkar...I joined cafe coffee day on 15th of April 2015 and resigned from work on 15th of October (6 Months).i have completed all the formalities of the company like serving notice period, submiting my employee i.d, paperwork e.t.c. according to the company policy f.n.f(full and final settlement) was supposed to be credited in the salary account latest by 2 months...today it is 2nd feb 2016 more than 3 months now and yet no communication from the company regarding the delay. please suggest me ways to help me proceed in this matter.
