[Resolved] Cafe Coffee Day — getting extra charges | |||
today I went to Cafe Coffee Day in kanchipuram. when I went to the counter to place the order, I told the attendant that i have a discount coupon and i want to have cold coffe He rudely replied that we are not accepting any discount coupon because our server is down, and we will give you a hand written bill. i said its ok.. but they charged me 426 for 2cold coffee i have the written bill copy. Poor Quality of Items and misappropriate billing leading to unnecessary huge high bills
Poor quality of bread and stuff inside burgers. Unnecessary addition of additional add-ons on purchases without appropriate knowledge given to customer leading to undesirable high price to be paid.
