[Resolved] Cafe Coffee Day — Misuse of cafe moments card | |||||
Last week I had handed over my cafemoments card [protected] at the CCD on Ramani Chatterjee street for purchasing a coffee. The modem as usual wasn't working and I paid by cash finally. I think I forgot to ask back for my card and didn't notice it gone. Yesterday I got a message saying Rs 150 has been used on my card. Since I left my card with your employee, this is highly unethical. I expect an immediate call back from you, a refund and that the employee responsible for this is sacked. You can use your cctv camera records to catch the culprit. Else I'll have to take this case up as a fraud and proceed accordingly. Was this information helpful? | |||||

last week i went the ur cafe coffee day branch at the place jhandewalan cafe. i like so much there services. n once is ur employe is vry sweet... n she had take a good behaviour... she is divya... she just like as star in ur cafe... thanks for this good service n glad behaviour...
