Cafe Coffee Day — Poor Food/Poor experience

We stopped at the CCD counter inside Pantaloons, Gupta Towers Nagpur to relax, have some coffee. My mother and I ordered two cappuccinos and one spinach corn cheese sandwich. Our experience was extremely bad and wasn't expected of a brand like Cafe Coffee Day. Our food was stale, at least a minimum of two, three days old. Our coffee was watery and not at all what a cappuccino should be. There was no foam to be seen, i don't think even real milk was used to make the coffee. When asked if our food was stale, the boy at the counter said in a very unsure manner that it was fresh. From his reaction itself it was clear that the food was old. Its such a shame to be served such substandard food at a chain like Cafe Coffee Day. We couldn't even finish our food, and frankly would like a refund for the money spent and the bad experience we had today. Our Bill number is 1329
