[Resolved] Cafe Coffee Day — Skulduggery & Cheating | |||
Me and my friend visited one of your outlet near ISKON temple in Mumbai on 5 sept, 2015 at 10-10:30pm . The guy serving at the counter didn't give the invoice and also overpriced the order . we repeatedly asked for Invoice but he denied & sidelined the conversion. He tried to deceive. Finally, he gave us a chit on which items ordered were mentioned with a seal of CCD on it. As far as my knowledge, he didnt even bill the order but kept the money for himself . I request you to take appropriate action asap. This will ruin your Brand image & value. This is clearly a fraudulent behavior and cannot be tolerated . Was this information helpful? | |||
