[Resolved] Cafe Coffee Day — Until now no received my employee provident fund

Dear sir,
With reference to my pf forms which i had filled to my ex company.. Cafe coffee day and until now i didn't received my pf money.
I joined cafe coffee day on 09-january-2013 and resigned on 06-november-2014. I already so many time send my pf form on cafe coffee day, chandigarh head office. But they are not taking any action. Its been more than a year that my provided fund amount not received. This is not the way to harass any individual who has a lot of plans on pf money. It seems there is some problem lying with pf office organization. Kindly help me.

I have complained so many times, but customer care is very poor and irresponsible, till date no response from them, My Frother had some minor repairs and i wrote to C/C to give solution, at least give me service centre contact details and nos in pune which could have been helpful, But till date no reply. very careless C/C.
