There is a small mistake in my electricity bill. It should be 2nd floor instead of 1st floor. I have written a mail on 14/7/2016 to cesc and on 15/7/2016 received a txt message in my phone that "
"dear consumer, kindly note with reference to your request vide docket[protected], we have updated our records."
Today (On 19/7/2016) i have check cesc site and seen no change is done yet.
Pls advice what should i do next.
I have given all my mutation certificate, kmc tax invoice and payment receipt, deed copy as supporting of my request.
