Customer id — [protected]. Meter no.4956874. I do not have ac and lot of appliances. Normally my bill amount is about rs.900/- per month and payment is made electronically by internet through hdfc bank. There is standing instruction to bank. To my surprise last message of bank that bill for rs. 2700/- (Meaning 300% increase) has been received. I have not stopped payment. But i have reasons to believe that there is serious mistake at your end in raising the last bill. For your information bill no.[protected] for june 2016 is for rs.410/- I am a sr, person and i am unable to move from pillar to pillar to get the bill rectified. 5 days of installation . and my unit is 70.
The meter is showing "NOFAL " - like some text after 2 sec.My Room main mcv is off still meter is running well and so fast. No body pick up the call. and 1912 contact no is suprisingly always busy.
