I have submitted my application for new consumer in my new purchased flat in a apartment adress:flat no:3a, floor-3rd, lakhmi apartment, c2-36/12/1/4 b.B.T.Road, kolkata-700141 at westsubarban district taratala office, vide reference no:14/00208/16 on dated:01/01/2016 apply load:2.50, adj consumer no:[protected], adj meter no:5183208 by form no:[protected].
As per existing supply given by the cesc to the apartment i have purchased the flat and apply for new consumer but til date the cesc has not given any information or connection in my flat, for which my family is suffering in dark in this 21st century at a metro-city.
I and my family wish need full step and immediate electric supply in my flat as soon as possible.

I have paid the outstanding electric bill against customer id no: [protected], Consumer no: [protected] for Rs. 4, 470/- (Rupees Four Thousand Four Hundred Seventy) Only through net banking against my SB A/c. ending ****571 maintained with Vijaya Bank, Batanagar.
But regret to inform you that no any receipt against such transaction had been generated in my system from you server by default.
Though an amount of Rs. 4470/- has been instantly debited from my aforesaid SB A/c.
Your prompt action in this context shall be highly appreciated.
