Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — There is no attendant who takes meter reading

Myself, subrata konar at serampore, have an industrial meter (2313226 polyphase & 2096680 single phase ) .In the month of july 2016 i 've got the bill without present meter reading, and in August got it without previous meter reading ..morever on the bill my singlephase meter showing present reading 1597, but actual reading 1590, which is now showing in that particular meter...
My request to you is that, plz do not make our bill just by sitting on chairs in an air conditioned room..plz visit physically..
