I have paid all my monthly bills of CESC Ltd. till October 2015 for my Customer ID: [protected]/Consumer No.[protected]. But in November I am unable to view/print and pay my bill as my Customer ID [protected] is showing as Invalid. I have no information whether my Customer ID or Consumer No. has changed.
