[Resolved]  Calcutta Telephones — my phone No[protected] dead for a period

Please note that my above phone is not working regularly since last 2 year. when I complain for dead telephone, it will be take 15 days to repairs and when the repairs is done then it dead after 4 or 5 days. It is regular routine for last 2 year or more. The telephone authority can check the uses or incoming call for last 2 year. Can I request the authority to kindly look into the matter, so that my phone start working regularly of suggest me that what I can i do for this telephone which take space in drawing-room as show piece and i am paying bill for that.
