[Resolved]  Calcutta Telephones — non receipt of the security deposit even after surrender of telephone line

Dilip agarwal 58 viveka nand road, kolkata - 700006 my telephone number is 22196569 and i have surrendered the telephone connection long back and i have received the telephone bill with the credit amount showing the adjustments of all arrears and security deposit. i have personnally requested the concerned commercial officer many times for giving the cheque of my credit amount but they would not listen ... and i dont know now how to get my money back... kindly help and advise... regards dilip agarwal [protected]
