Canon — Defective new printer | |||
Dear sir A high end printer bought a couple of months ago failed to deliver and pathetic and despicable service personnel are perpetually harassing. The intervention of the service chief of canon India couldn't solve the problems. Today the printer couldn't be turned ON and this happened immediately after the visit of the engineer. This shows that there is something seriously wrong with the device but CANON INDIA is indifferent because it has sold the defective product and earned profits and now the customer's predicament is of no concern to this company. I urge upon highest authorities of canon India to intervene.
