[Resolved]  Canon India — Canon IR250 Problem

Dear Sir, Being aggrieved and severe disappointment with qualified dishearten, I Sri Dipak Kumar Laya, would like to disclose my discontentment regarding purchase of a defective Canon IR2520 Copier Machine. It will purchase by me with a great expectation of world no 1 Product i.e Canon the Largest Trouble Free Product of India. But Canon failed to prove that. I purchase that product on[protected] looking for big prospect from the authorized Sales Partner of Canon (Lalani Infotech, Kolkata). After using 3 months from the date of purchase I have problem in hazy print from that device. At that time I call for service to Lalani Infotech. They serviced with owing their good faith. Painfully I write to inform you that the above product which repaired and made servicing with a interval of 7/8 months since purchasing is now faced the same problem; now I became tensed as the Copier is required to be repaired immediately and secondly, the guarantee period has already expired. The above two service procedure has done within the guarantee period. Now at the 3rd time when my Copier is malfunctioning beyond the guarantee period. My, conscience has been hurt since the malfunction occured after 8 months of purchase of the same. I became astonished, such a reputed Company like Canon did not satisfy me at all. Now I called a Service Engineer on[protected] from Lalani Infotech for my problem. After checking the same he told me that the IP Board of that Copier still damaged. I didn’t know how and why it will damaged. He also told me that it must be changed for working properly the device. However, I am seeking your best suggestion in this regard in return mail.
