[Resolved] Canon India — EOS Camera Service | |||||
Dear All, I have a concern regarding my camera repairing, please refer details for the my case ID, and give the proper solution, what can I do except waiting. Repair order No. CD[protected] Product: Canon EOS 1200D & Lens 18-55 mm Case ID: 724368 & 727419 Case history: 9th Sep'15: Given to service center (Printech Multisoultions, Nagpur, India) 14th Sep'15: Got a SMS "... Is repaired and out of office will get back to you on the delivery schedule" 21th Sep'15: Called Indian customer care[protected] for status, said "your product has been delivered to your service center, i.e. Nagpur service center please pick up your camera" 21th Sep'15: Called to service center to Mr. Shazad Akhtar (+91-[protected]) about the product he told " it is not delivered to my service center" 21th Sep'15: Called to customer care[protected], said "will be get back to you very soon" (but I didn’t get any revert call). 25th Sep'15: Called to service center to Nagpur (+91-[protected]) said the same thing that product is not delivered to their point. 25th Sep'15: called to customer care[protected], said that they will make a call in next day with all information. (but I didn’t get any revert call). 1st Oct'15: Called to both customer care & service center both answer were same as before. 2nd mailed to [protected]@canon.co.in & [protected]@dc.canon.com.sg, got a revert mail from Singapore only that the case will be handled by Indian customer care, case ID: 724368. 2nd Oct'15: Got an email from Naveen Kumar (CIPL Customer support) for apologize. 3rd Oct' 15: First time I got a call from canon, from +[protected], regarding my product delivery, that product already delivered to Nagpur service center, again she told me that it already delivered to Nagpur 15 days back !! 3rd Oct'15: Again she confirmed from service center and told that it will delivered to me with in 2-3 days. 3rd Oct'15: Got a mail from Palak Bhatnagar that Mr. Shankar Iyer will contact me shortly, 3rd Oct'15: Got a mail from Rahul Chauhan, that customer care will contact me shortly. But I didn’t get any call from Mr. Shankar Iyer nor any customer care executive regarding my camera. 15/10/15 @ 16:30: Call: Indian Customer care: Ritika said "Product is delivered to service center" and no other information was not available with her. 15/10/15 @17:00 : Called to Shankar Iyer: 19th Oct: Get an reply from Mr. Shankar Iyer that the concern raised by me on 06/10/2015 has now closed as per "Closure complaint EX/2015/Oct/15762". 19th Oct: Called to Mr. Shankar Iyer: He said that the mail is automatic reply & camera is with courier. Further information will be provided tomorrow. 23rd Oct: called to Mr. Shankar Iyer "It is with courier will be intimated to you shortly". 26th Oct: Called to Nagpur service center same reply. 05th Nov: Called to Nagpur service center same reply. The main resolution is that after getting confirmation of repairing on 14th September (2 MONTHS BACK) still camera is not with me or service center after continuous follow up in all aspects !! over heating of battery during hd recording for a short duration of min 5 minutes .Less battery backup than the retailer said27%
