Canon — service problem

Dear Sir i brought a conon printer Model no : canonPixima MP 287 now the printer is not work properley. maxium times the i get empty paper .so i contact to coustmer care to get service it but the coustmer care people not respond properley he asks my area after then we don't service in your area. what can i do intially i brought they told me on site warrenty and service. so please service my printer, iam a regular coustmer . sir please help me
