Capgemini — Didn't receive my experience letter

I resigned from capgemini as associate consultant on may 30, 2014 which was duly accepted by the management.

I was told that i would be relieved as soon as my replacement is on boarded and trained. I did take up the task of finding my replacement. Within a week, i scrutinised and short listed 17 was admin profiles.

The client manager (Scope international) told me that he would release me by end of june 2014 due to billing issues. However, there was an internal movement within scope. The client eventually released me on july 10, 2014 after getting consensus from our capgemini management. Unfortunately, i was denied an early release from capgemini end due to inexplicable reasons and my troubled circumstances compelled me to leave cg on 11th july 2014. I also served a notice period of 45 days in the due course with integrity and was recognized for my efforts by both the client and cg. I agree due to inevitable circumstances, i had to leave abruptly. But i kept everyone updated about my status and whereabouts. Also, i was always willing to buy out the notice period.

The notice period clause in my employment offer letter clearly states that the contract between the company and the employee can be terminated anytime by either giving 90 days notice or gross 3 months salary provided satisfactory handover of the responsibilities assigned to the employee.


Now, the hr's with whom i was in touch have left the organization. I don't know whom to approach.

I visited capeemini chennai in august 2015. One of the hr's told that they would be looking into my case, but they have stopped replying.

The 13 months experience matter a lot to me.

If you could please show me a way to proceed ahead.
