I work for Capgemini India Pvt Ltd. Pune/Hyderabad/Chennai etc. If an employee resigns from this company he/she need to serve for 3 months/90 days of the period. only then ppl will get his Pf and other full and final settlements. With this rule the problems that employees facing are: 1. Most of the other Indian IT companies is not willing to make offer with the resigned employees. 2. Employee need to forgo his Variable pay amount(dont know why they call it as BONUS) as he resigned before the month March of financial year.
