Dear sir, My name is arjun ray, had a consumer loan account with capital first and my emi was pending because of some personal reasons. Once day i received the call from laxman ([protected]). He told that i am manager of capital first and please pay your emi and i will give the waiver of emi bouncing charges. I transfer the 3434 to his account and asked him to send an e-mail, but he did not send, so now i asked him to give his manager no, he gave anthony no [protected], i spoke to him and he told that i will not give you the waiver and if you do not pay i will update it to cibil, that laxman paid only 1717 one month emi, remaining with him only and he saying i have made the payment, but online is not showing.
