Dear sir, Due respectfully I beg to state that my son Surojit Das had purchase a Karizma Zmr two wheeler motorcycle as on 23.09.2014 by loan A/c. no. 2483698 dt. 18.02.2014 . we have to pay loan total amount from our side. as on 13.04.2016. after clearing the loan amount so many times calling for N.O.C. but still we are not received the N.O.C.
