Capital First — Hidden bouncing charges | |||
I brought durable loan in Capital First, Agreement No: 2528880. I applied loan in Bajaj Finserv but the Capital First executive said in Capital First EMI date will be 7th of every month and there will be no bouncing charges compared to Bajaj Finserv. So ended with Capital First durable loan. Then problem started they changed EMI date to 5th without any intimation when I enquirer no response from them. Every month goes on most of time debited in bank and sometime collected by cash. Now last month was unable to pay due to my personal problem. They called through phone said to pay immediately I replied to them can pay next month 1st Sep 15 due to my illness since it's an final payment if required you can collect bouncing charges but they said usually will not collect any bouncing charges from customer. Later days they didn't stop, keep on calling to pay the amount in hash way and also blackmail as they gonna send a person to take my product at home and also they said the same to my friend who gave surety for this loan. He said if you gonna call like this he will file complaint in consumer court they said you can't do anything about that company if you can complaint against us. I spoke with my friend to leave this issue that I'll take care I can pay on 1st Sep 15, Capital First customer agent agreed on phone call that they will send collection agent to collect on 1st of Sep but no one came. Yesterday received message to pay Rs.9800 I was surprised and shocked then made a call to Capital First no response then called to collection agent Rajesh. He said as for now you need to pay Rs. 3200 if anything required check with Capital First office by tomorrow. Today paid the last EMI of Rs. 3200 at Capital First Office Coimbatore and enquirer about extra amount, got improper response, I asked Rajasekar (Customer Service Manager) initially your executive said there will be no hidden charges and bouncing charges also I asked to provide agreement copy because I didn’t find any charges bouncing apply while I signed, he refused to provide. Ended in trouble butter I should allow my friend to complaint in consumer court when they talk rude. Kindly help me on this issue. First they said it is the last payment need to be paid 3200 now they increased to 9800 when I ask getting improper response from there side. Hope they can easily change the agreement copy too as they charged 6600 as bouncing charge now. Need your help on this case about hidden charges. Was this information helpful? | |||
