[Resolved]  Capital Via — Fraud Company - Ate my 7,00,000 lakhs

Greetings, I had opted to take services from this bogus organisation almost a year back by falling trap to Pre Sales guy called Kamlesh who had shown false dream of returns of almost 50, 000 for investment of 1, 00, 000 every month. And this creature had promised that he could be handling my Portfolio. I could like to portray the trap in 3 different scenes. Initially I opted for F&O services by paying 30, 000 rupees for 5 months. The first shock I got to know was my portfolio could be handled by one more creature name Shalu instead of Kamlesh. I got my 6 sense saying that this is a complete fraud company.At that point of time my greed had taken over me, I trusted these folks and lost almost 30, 000 rupees by working on the calls that were provided by them. Luckily I started my investment with 1, 25, 000 rupees just to see how they work instead of large money. I was completely furious with the way Shalu was working. She was least bothered to call and check how I was trading nor when I called back, I ever got any response. After waiting for few days, I decided to escalate it to her manager. Her Manager Swati Jain is biggest creature on the planet I have seen. She is just so rude, not wiling to listen my concerns and adamant to say we are providing you good service. After lot of escalations, a new Client manager named Subhas was handling my portfolio (I had to shell out extra 30, 000 as part of there fees), because of him I lost closed to 80, 000 rupees by working on the calls given by him. He speaks as if he is Warren Buffet and know the market in and out. I just couldn't bear any more losses and finally I had to escalate to CEO of Captial Via Mr. Rohit Gardia. After lot of repeated mails to Mr.CEO, a female from quality department named Lakshmi called me and assured that all the losses will be recovered. From that day on wards I have got not even one response from her. I am really hoping that by this forum I could be able to recover my Lost account (1, 20, 000 rupees) and Sum assured by CaptialVia ie (50000*12 months = 6, 00, 000) and 60, 000 rupees which I have paid to CaptialVia for there scut services.And also requesting to help me in fighting still the CaptialVia as organization is CLOSED.
