Caps Chimney — complaint for total damage chemney..

Hi, i am just sharing the worst experience with CAPS product. I have installed a chimney model no being auto prince, It came to be mine worst decision to install this machine and before being taking minute technical knowledge about the product one should not use it. Its very surprising when i came to know that internal parts are flammable with normal course o[censored]sage, this is the feed back i received from customer support team when i complained for mine totally burnt machine. it has been long i been following with caps team to bring their notice about my issues but surprising to see total negligence and its not only form local level but also after several complain to their toll free numbers there has been no action. I have to bring to your notice that dt 8 11 14 while chimney was in operational mode catch fire automatically and burnt up totally with in a sudden. Also during the process gas was off lucky and no cooking activity was going and hence there was not damage except chimney got burnt totally. with several interaction with customer support team i got one explanation that in certain working condition the machine can catch fire even in normal course of cooking activity which was base less in my situation where i am no where stands involved in keeping the machine operational and cooking on simultaneous. through this msg i want to bring to your notice and also other users those are unaware with flammable feature of the product and worst customer support experience. thanking you Satyapriya Mishra [protected] Using CAPS Auto clean Chimney model- Auto Clean Installation date 07 05 14
