I was to happy to buy the ford figo for the same i have paid initial amount of 10000 to Mr.Parul Ahluwalia. at the time of booking amount he clearly mentioned that in case you were not interested then we will refund you the full amount. Due to some reason we have change the plan to buy verna instead of it. The problem arose when i call for the amount at that time parul is not their and i have talked with his senior Mr. Yogesh and visited to his showroom on 15 march that is the worse part i have experienced means how they tackle his client. he is too rude. when i asked for my money he said we will deducted 2500 rs for cancellation fee. i told him what commitment has been done by the Parul but he is to rude.. after all the conversation i agreed to accept and he told me the check will be delived with in next 5 to 7 days now its about one month no such kind of promise has been done. every time i called to one of his colleague he told me i am out of the showroom when finnaly i reached to Yogesh he told me another story to provide the account number then he will create the check. please tell me how we can trust these giant organizations.. and how we can stop these kind of harassment..
