[Resolved]  Metro Ford Service Center — Replacement of new tire with faulty tire

Hi Sir / Madam,
I own a ford Figo-petrol EXI- which was bought during the month of October 2011 at Metro Ford, Palace Guttehalli show room at Bangalore.The car had run 20000 + KMs and had completed 3 free services as promised.
On 28-feb,2013 I had given my car to Yeshwantpur fast-lane Metro ford service centre for servicing as the front left tyre of my car had worn out from inside. The problem was with allignment and that was corrected, with service persons persisting on replacing all the tyres at the earliest.

Since we had to travel the next day, I had told them to replace the front tyres in rear and the good stepy tyre with the worn out tyre.
While at tour the next day, the rear left tyre (initial other side of the worn out tyre) had become flat and while checking with local tyre mechanic, we found a small rubber strip between the tyre (Tubeless) and the rim, placed to arrest air leaking from it.
Since we had not given the car to service to any other than Metro ford and had not replaced tyres before, I suspect the tyres had been replaced with faulty one when the car was serviced on 28-Feb service. The doubt becomes still more compounded because the service engineer and the manager was repeatingly forcing to get new tyres for the car.
It may also be due to the tyre rim being bent but we checked the tyre with other rim of the worn out tyre and the problem of air leak persisted.
The tyre was fitted with a tube and we had to cut short the trip and return the next day abck to Bangalore.
This had caused severe stress and more on thinking if the tyre would have flattened while driving in highway where there was no help.
Request you to please help in blackmarking the service centre and get us compensation for the mental and physical stress we had to endure.
