[Resolved]  Toyota Etios — the under side of the car gets hit in speed breakers & more noisy engine

I purchased a new Etios at hte show room near Kathipara in Alandur , Chennai . beliving the words of your representatives there , i bought it . they also promised me of good service .but it was and is not up to expectation. they also said they will provide a guard , for safeguarding the parts under the car. but they least bothered to rectify it . the car no: TN 8095 stands in my relative name Mr. Dhashinamoorthy, Saidapet Chennai.
