[Resolved] Cars24 Services — No quotation received and manager refuses to answer the calls

My Scorpio has been inspected 2 months a ago I took it personally from satara to pune kharadi branch till date no quote has been received in spite of giving complaints in customer care as well. Tried reaching the manager Mr. Bipin but he stopped answering the calls and started rejecting.
How I am suppose to get the details what went wrong. I wasted my time my money for no result.
My appointment was book in the name os mangal gupta [protected]
