I am little unsecured when it comes to money matters. This is the reason I not easily trust anyone especially any random payment processor. Here is my story with Cart Pay. My initial transaction with them was not successful because I provided them a bank account which was not active. So, I was really frustrated because on my previous experience with similar transactions, it would taken extra 4-5 working days for me to get the payment . The the very moment when I was feeling hopeless, I got a mail from Cart Pay customer service and, followed to it that I got the payment on that same day I was supposed to get it . It was good customer service experience for me.
I had setup a small online gaming platform business one year and as per requirement I started searching for a payment processor. I concluded cart Pay to be the best guys in payment sector for a startup. Best discount rates, nice and patient customer support team, it was easy to deal with and they helped me get my merchant account with their banking partners. That was the time when I had almost frustrated. The payment services they have are trusted and I get no major complaints.
I am moving forward with two different payment processing companies for credit payment processing. I am lucky that both of my service providers are good and I have no grudges with the other company. The cart pay's merchant service is by far better. I highly recommend Cart pay and especially sales person named Shubham. He went above and beyond "the limits" to help me solve my queries.

Overall, it is a good experience to deal with him.
This is almost 5 months since I am holding the merchant account of Cart Pay. Till last month everything was going smooth, I got payments on time, receipt generated on time, all my questions were duly attended but from last 20 days I am encountering problem with my panel. In the span of 20 days, my panel had gone temporary out of service thrice. However, the problem was automatically solved after contacting to their IT team but I want this problem to me resolved permanently.
I have wasted my time and money to find Cart Pay people but at last I found them. I am writing this post to offer the address of Cart pay to people who are also searching them. Guys they have their office in Bengaluru. I am planning to visit them with local friends of mine you too get them.
This is my second merchant account from cart pay, quality service, and more important very competitive and real effective plans, average terminals of processing but fast account approval. I am planning to upgrade my plans to enhance sales volume. Payment gateway which is suiting my requirement. Others can also try these services.
